This 8 Day Safari Lake Eyasi tour explores the simplest of East Africa with the mixture of the capital city of Nairobi and three prime game-viewing reserves.

Itinerary

Day 1Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Distance: 130km

Non – game viewing time : 3 – 4 hrs

After breakfast the tour departs. First stop is Arusha Town for any last minutes purchases before we leave on safari. Afterwards we head towards the Tarangire park for a game drive with picnic lunch at the park. Tarangire is documented for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the centre of an annual migratory cycle that has up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras.

Day 2Lake Manyara National Park

Distance: 190km

Non – game viewing time : 3 – 4 hrs

After breakfast, Tanzania Expeditions driver will pick you up and depart to the Lake Manyara park for a game drive. This park is one among Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a huge but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park), located at the foot of the good Rift Valley’s western escarpment.
