Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Settling in Paradise, Arusha.

Your adventure starts as soon as you land at the Kilimanjaro International Airport where our professional driver is waiting to take you on a touristic one hour trip to Arusha. This colorful town, located on the foothills of Mount Meru is the ideal entry point to the wild heart of Tanzania. Register in your charming lodge, carefully selected with a romantic atmosphere and verandahs of the lodge, which look directly into the beautiful garden. Relax in the afternoon with a welcome massage or taking a hand in hand stroll across the grounds as you partake fresh tropical juices. With the sun lowers, spend a mellow orientation day with your special guide, who tells you tricks of the trade on where the Big Five can be found without overloading the experience with too much information. Dinner under the African sky will be a candlelit table of Swahili-inspired cuisine such as grilled tilapia and fresh salads, and will give just the right warm mood to your honeymoon. This day gives you the opportunity to recover the tiredness of travelling and relax into the pace of the safari life and the mild climate of Arusha (approximately 25 C) will be the best to prepare before you progress further.

Day 2: Elephants and Eternal Baobabs in Tarangire National Park.

Wake up early in the morning to the bird sounds and go on a long day safari in Tarangire National Park which is located only a short drive away in Arusha. This park is what some people refer to as the elephant kingdom of Tanzania and it reads like a love letter to the savanna with its ancient baobab trees serving as eternal watchtowers.
